SCREENING:
Screening is $40 per adult. Some of the things screening looks at is your credit score, income to debt ratio (income should be 2.5 times the rent), collections on record and landlord tenant collections, other screening criteria, and criminal history as allowed by law. Applicants with a financial aid voucher are welcome and your rent subsidy will be added to your monthly income figure.

DEPOSIT:
Our standard deposit is $700 and is refundable. An approved application without paying the deposit is not a guarantee you will get the apartment, We actively market and show units in order to lease them until a deposit is received from an applicant.

UTILITIES:
We charge for water sewer and garbage based on the number of people occupying the unit. $75 per person. You pay directly for other utilities (electricity, phone, cable, internet, etc.). Satellite dishes are not allowed on the roof or building.
