NATALIA BERAN

Natalia Beran is a multifamily investment specialist representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of urban income producing properties throughout the Seattle area. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, Natalia continues to demonstrate a proven track record of success.

Her vast experience in market and financial analysis has contributed to over $350 million in multifamily transactions in the Puget Sound.

Natalia possesses the skills necessary to quickly evaluate properties, as well as determine the needs, investment goals and exit strategies of property owners. In addition, she has a thorough understanding of what is needed to negotiate each transaction in order to create the best possible outcome for her clients. This expertise along with her strong academic and diverse business background provides a balanced, professional service to her clients who include high net worth individuals, institutional investors, developers and lenders.
 
Prior to joining Gibraltar, Natalia was an Associate Vice President with Kidder Mathews, and a Senior Broker with Yates Wood and MacDonald, where she quickly became one of their top producing agents.  Originally from Vancouver BC, she is a graduate of Simon Fraser University, the British Columbia Institute of Technology and la Sorbonne – Université de Paris. Natalia now resides in West Seattle, where she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
