Julie brings close to 20 years of Real Estate experience to Gibraltar. Her real estate career began in San Francisco with a high profile residential company, (McGuire Real Estate) and then she later transitioned to Property Management (with Davis Paul) where she managed the company’s in city portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed use properties.


It was in San Francisco where she gained her knowledge base on how to manage a variety of properties from lower income residential buildings in the Tenderloin to high end retail properties in Pacific Heights.   

Since moving to Seattle in 2004 she has worked with a top broker at Marcus and Millichap assisting in his brokerage transaction and then soon found her way back to property management. Managing Gibraltar’s commercial portfolio since 2005 she is responsible for the management of close to 400,000 square feet of retail and office space.  She facilitates everything from day to day maintenance requests to leasing out vacant space and assisting with lease negations.


Regardless of what type of properties Julie has worked with she has treated each portfolio with the highest of integrity and detail; working in conjunction with each ownership to meet their objectives and investment goals as well as building a report with the Tenants within the buildings. Her dedication to the performance of each portfolio and by building relationships with owners, tenants and vendors alike she is able to maintain each building efficiently and effectively with the upmost care and incomparable customer service.
