BRETT FRANK LOONEY

Brett is a third generation real estate investor specializing in ownership and operation of multi-family residential real estate. Brett was raised and currently lives in Seattle’s Central District where most of their family’s portfolio of properties are located.

After graduating from the University Of Washington Foster School Of Business in 2015, Brett relocated to Chicago, IL to work as an account manager for Accel Entertainment, the nation’s largest route gaming company. Returning to Seattle, in 2019, Brett obtained his real estate license and in addition to overseeing his families’ properties, he commenced working with Tracy Cornell at Gibraltar.



They have collaboratively and strategically worked on leasing of the Midtown Square, Whittier Heights, and the upcoming Grand Street Commons.
